You can do this a number of ways, the first way is to tell your Wingmen to wait, you do this by selecting one of them in your CMD and pressing Shift-W. This will keep them out of the mines. Set your ELS to 100/75 and select dual fire lasers, using your radar scopes pick out the white dots (mines) and take them out one at a time. Don't forget to rebalance your shields often. When you have destroyed the mines, tell your Wingmen to kill the CONs and FRTs. The other way is to tell your Wingmen to go after the various targets while you still kill the mines. Don't forget that you have torpedoes on board as well.
