As soon as you launch you should press "T" to target Container C/C: Xi 1 and fly towards it. As soon as you are within .2 km of it press "Shift-P" to pick it up. Wait for the "Object Secured" message to proceed. As soon as the Container is secured, press the "N" key to target Hyper Buoy: Harlequin Station and fly towards it. As soon as you are within .5 km of the station press the space bar to hyper to Harlequin Station.

Once you drop out of hyperspace, press "T" to target PLT/1: Harlequin Station and fly towards the nearest docking platform. Once you are with in 1.00 km of the station press "Shift-D" to unload the container to the Platform. Wait for the "Cargo delivered" message before you proceed.

By now 2 unfriendlies (PES/ Enquim and PES/ Gilgam) should hyper in at about 7.60 km on the far side of the station. Fly toward them. They will retreat once one of them is down to 50% shields. Inspect both of them for 300 bonus points before they bug out NOTE: You have to get close to them to inspect them fully, this does not mean waiting until their names pop up on the CMD. You have to wait until you have gotten the points in your bonus menu. Once they've been inspected, you can go ahead and try destroying them. I doubt you can kill them with just your lasers before they hyper out.

Once the hostile craft have hypered out target through the containers until you find CN/K: Pi 3. Fly towards the container and pick it up, like the one at the beginning of the mission. Next press "N" to target Hyper Buoy: Return Home and Fly Toward it. Once you are within .5 km press the space bar to hyper back to the Azzameen Station.

Once you drop out of hyperspace target BASE: Azzameen and fly towards it. Once you are within 1.00km of the station press "Shift-D" to unload the fuel cells. Once you have unloaded your cargo press the space bar to enter the hanger and end the mission. You should have 250 points for completing the objectives and 300 bonus points for IDing the unfriendlies giving you a total of 550 points. Being the first mission, there really isn't much too it, so don't expect to have any trouble.
